2020.7: The Dayton Coal & Iron Company Limited (Rhea Co; Tenn; U.S.A.) Certificate of SharesCharles Stead's original share certificate in the Dayton Coal & Iron Company Ltd purchased in 1884. The certificate is sealed with a large red seal decorated with a castle. The certificate includes Salts Alpaca logo within the decoration on the left-hand side. Charles Stead was the Senior Manager for Salts and he accompanied Titus Salt Junior on a trip to Dayton on behalf of Sir Titus. After Sir Titus' death Charles Stead worked with Titus Salt Junior on the development of Dayton.
