  'Official Visitors Guide to Bradford District' (2008). This is a full guide for visitors to the area, it includes an attraction or places to visit guide with accommodation and events in the year including Saltaire. This booklet includes maps for each area with larger maps for sale at the back of the book. This style of booklet was very common and widely used before the internet took over. Tourist information would find accommodation for visitors, this was done for a fee but with the rise of the internet this is no longer viable.

  2 Dinner soup bowl, part of a service made by Davenport, for the Salt family. The plate has scalloped edges, with scrolls of foliage in blue with gold edges, on the rim and the centre of the plate. In the Centre of the plate is the family motto in a red edged scroll which reads 'Quid mon deo juvante' and the Salt firms Alpaca logo below.

  A double-page spread from a newspaper celebrating the Royal Jubilee Exhibition in Saltaire in 1887. Has a drawing of the exhibition site in the centre surrounded by portrait of notable people (all men) associated with the exhibition, and also depictions of alpacas, the Japanese garden from the exhibition.

This photographs is possibly of Catherine Salt in the white dress and pearls she wore for one of the Royal visits. This is one of a pair of photographs, with one of Titus Salt Junior at about the same date.

  Nine handwritten blue/green pages in Japanese together with two photocopied pages of translation relating to the Iwakura Mission's travel around the world between 1871 and 1873. Includes visits to Bradford, Saltaire, Halifax and Sheffield. The document is probably a summary of the original documents made by a Japanese speaker.

  One page of handwritten notes entitled 'About the Iwakura Mission'. The page mentions the countries visited by the Japanese Mission between December 1871 and September 1873. It also includes a list of places visited whilst in the UK and mentions that there were 3 meetings with the British Home Secretary
