  An edition of the jJournal of the Bradford Historical and Antiquarian Society. Contains chapter called 'Crisis at Saltaire' which mentions the history of Salts Mill and discussion about its future.

• Playing Fields, Saltaire, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

  The Playing Fields are a recreational area near the bottom of Victoria Road and near the River Aire on the edge of Saltaire. Salts Sports Association is based here and there are football and cricket grounds and Salts Tennis Club
• Shipley College Centenary

  Today Shipley College occupies several buildings in Saltaire. The College's origins lie in the Technical and Art School based in the Exhibition Building in Saltaire. Briefly named the School of Art and Science, the new school was conceived by Titus Salt Junior and opened in 1887. The 100th anniversary of foundation of the College, and its predecessors, was celebrated in 1987.
• Saltaire Conversazione

  The Saltaire Conversazione was an annual social event that occurred between 1878 and 1964 (except for the years around the world wars). Usually held in January, the Conversazione originally was held over 3 days and consisted of events for eating, dancing, and entertainment. There were varying ticket prices for the individual events, making it possible for the whole of the Saltaire community to attend at least part of the Conversazione. The Salt family, particularly Titus Salt Junior and his wife Catherine, were prominent organisers of the event in its earliest days.
• Sir Titus Salt Bart. Sons & Co Limited

  Salts Mill was originally owned and operated by Titus Salt, Sons & Company. In 1869 Titus Salt was awarded a baronetcy, and the company was renamed Sir Titus Salt Bart. Sons and Company Limited. Although there was a change of ownership in 1893 and again in 1918 the name was retained until 1923 when the owning company was floated on the stock exchange as Salts (Saltaire) Limited.
• Beatrice, Princess

  Princess Beatrice was the youngest child of Queen Victoria. In 1887 she visited Saltaire with her husband Prince Henry of Battenburg to preside at the opening of the Royal Yorkshire Jubilee, an exhibition to celebrate her mother's silver jubilee, and organised by TItus Salt Junior in honour of his father and to help funding of the new School of Art and Science in the village. The Royal party stayed with Titus Junior and his wife Catherine at thier home of Milner Field.
• Salt, Denys

  Denys Salt was the Great-grandson of Sir Titus Salt, Grandson of Titus Salt Junior and Son of Harold Salt. For more than 50 years, Denys was the member of the Salt family who did most to sustain the family’s links with Saltaire. His encouragement to generations of historians, his contributions to local archives, libraries and museums, and his support of activities in Saltaire were of invaluable benefit to the local community. Denys donated an important set of documents, photographs and other objects to the Saltaire Collection, most concerning the Salt family.
• Congregational Sunday School site, Saltaire, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

  The Sunday School was the last building constructed in Titus Salt’s lifetime, built on the corner of Caroline Street and Victoria Road. Initially, the site was going to be used for a hotel but it was repurposed for the Sunday School. Salt was a keen proponent of Sunday Schools and lived just long enough to see his own completed. Titus and his wife Caroline attended the opening ceremony but were forced to leave early due to his failing health. His grandson, Harold Salt, opened the Sunday School in May 1876. Sir Titus died in December the same year. The Sunday School was demolished in 1973 and is now a council-run car park.

  Original Sale catalogue for Milner Field. On the Frontispiece it states 'Milner Field Estate, Saltaire, Yorkshire. Plans, Particulars & Conditions of Sale of the above estate comprising Freehold Residential Mansion and Grounds, farms, woodlands, building site &c containing approximately three hundred acres. Will be offered for sale by Public Auction at the Grate Northern Victoria Hotel, Bridge Street Bradford on Thursday, 12th October 1922 at 3.30pm by A Gadie & Son Auctioneers and Valuers... Bradford. Surveyor: Wm. Illingworth ... Bradford. Solicitor Gaunt Foster & Co ... Bradford. The brochure includes particulars of sale and photographs of the house and grounds (not the farm) with a plan of the house as it was in 1922.

  Copy of a 'Salts School certificate' for Ada Fox on leaving the Salts School, Shipley in 1879. There are drawings of the Institute and the main Salt Schools building on Victoria Road. The certificate is signed by Medina Griffiths (headmistress of Salt High School for Girls) and Titus Salt Junior (chairman of the board of governors).

Chapter entitled ' Cartwright Hall and the Great Bradford Exhibition of 1904' mentions Titus Salt. Contains mention of Salts Mill Records c.1920s to 1980s. Also mention of Saltaire in the Editorial p.85 on the acquisition of the mill by Jonathan Silver.
