My View of the UK Textile Industry' article by Alan Lewis. Lewis gained control of the major textiles company Illingworth, Morris and Co. in 1982 following a dispute between the directors and Pamela Mason who controlled most of the shares. Illingworth, Morris had purchased Salts (Saltaire) Ltd. in 1958.
