May 19th 1894. Reuben Jagger. 3rd Fastest time'. There is a further engraved writing of 'Fattorini & Sons, Bradford' - the makers of the medal.

  Postcard featuring photograph of the Toboggan slide on Shipley Glen, a green open space near Saltaire. The owner Sam Wilson stands at the bottom right in front of a sign advertising the slide. Behind him several people are using the slide. According to Wilson the slide was the 'Largest, wildest, and steepest toboggan slide ever erected on earth'.

  A reproduction photograph of the Toboggan Slide on Shipley Glen, a green open space near Saltaire. The Toboggan Slide was a large attraction and part of the 'Pleasure Grounds' that offered many different forms of entertainment to the public . THe photograph shows the Toboggan Slide disappearing up hill to the top of Shipley Glen. There is a single trolley on the slide, but no people.
