- Exhibition Building Refurbishment photo album. One large black album of coloured photographs covering the years February 1994 to January 1995. Album was compiled by Ian Durham, Clerk of Works and the main contractor was Alfred McAlpine Building (North) . The album also contains newspaper clippings regarding the restoration together with three construction issue proposed plans
